Westgate Village Homes assigns to every prospective homebuyer their own sales representative and a federally certified purchasing and closing agent to guide and assist them through the processes of:

  • Completing a buyer-purchase application
  • Completing a seller-financing loan application
  • Assembly and submission of all required documentation for qualification, purchase and financing processes
  • Explaining purchase and financing closing conditions and process
  • Explaining how to obtain required homeowners insurance
  • Providing homebuyer guidance in establishing service accounts with utility providers, communication services providers and municipal services providers
  • Coordinating and facilitating homebuyer move-in logistics

Mortgage Payment Estimator

The Mortgage Calculator is provided as a tool to help prospective buyers estimate potential monthly Principal and Interest charges, depending on a range of possible financing terms and conditions, including a) Purchase Price; b) Down Payment Amount; c) Interest Rate; and d) Loan Amortization Period. The Principal and Interest estimate is not a guarantee of actual terms and conditions or monthly payments, for which a prospective buyer may qualify. Impound account charges for annual real property taxes and property/casualty insurance premiums are not included in the Principal and Interest mortgage payment estimate, and will be in addition to the monthly mortgage payment. These should be evaluated separately with your Westgate Village Sales Representative.
